Production Times
Most products are custom-made specifically for your order.
Production times vary depending on the product, order size, artwork approval, and current production schedule.
Estimated production times shown on product pages begin after:
- Payment has been received
- All artwork has been approved (if applicable)
- Any required information has been provided
Production estimates do not include shipping time.
Shipping Methods
We ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.
Shipping charges are calculated based on:
- Product size
- Weight
- Quantity
- Destination
- Selected shipping speed
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for qualifying orders.
Customers selecting local pickup will be notified by email when their order is ready.
Please wait for confirmation before arriving for pickup.
Delivery Estimates
Shipping estimates provided during checkout are carrier estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Once an order leaves our facility, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
Expedited Orders
Rush production and expedited shipping may be available for certain products.
Additional fees may apply depending on production schedules and shipping requirements.
Please contact us before placing your order if you require a guaranteed deadline.
Shipping Delays
GDI LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather
- Carrier service interruptions
- Natural disasters
- Holidays
- Incorrect shipping information
- Customs delays (for international shipments)
- Other circumstances beyond our control
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is submitted:
- Additional shipping charges may apply.
- Delays may occur.
- Orders returned to GDI LLC due to an incorrect address will require additional shipping payment before being resent.
Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your package upon delivery.
If your shipment arrives damaged:
- Take photographs of the packaging and damaged product.
- Contact GDI LLC within 5 business days of delivery.
- Email your order number and photos to gdidallastx@gmail.com.
If the damage occurred during shipping or manufacturing, we will work with you to replace the affected product or otherwise resolve the issue.
Lost Packages
If tracking indicates your package has been lost during transit, please contact us.
We will assist you in working with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate resolution.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available on select products.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
